This error is typically caused by a corrupt usage statistics file.

Please follow the guide below to resolve the issue.

  1. Stop the ANTServer service from Windows Services
  2. Backup the files in this folder C:\ProgramData\TARGIT\ANTServer\Settings\Statistics
  3. Delete the files in this folder C:\ProgramData\TARGIT\ANTServer\Settings\Statistics
  4. Start the ANTServer service
